Title: Construction Supervisor

Hours: 40 hrs./week, Exempt

Start date: ASAP

Hourly Range: $28-$32/hour ($53-$61k/yr), Full Benefits

 

Knowledge & Experience: HASU is seeking an experienced candidate to fill a Construction Supervisor role in the Mutual Self Help program. Successful candidates will have thorough and demonstratable experience in residential new construction operations including: 

​

• Relevant experience working as a crew lead or foreman for a general contractor

• Reading building plans, building codes, evaluating subcontractor work, and managing a construction team

• Relevant experience in teaching building trades or leading unskilled volunteers a plus

• The ideal candidate is personable, thrives in a team environment, working with people of diverse backgrounds, and is an excellent communicator.

Title: Maintenance Technician/Build Team Assistant

Hours: M-Th 8-5 (may vary)

Start date: ASAP

Salary: Non-exempt $28-$32/hour DOE

 

Knowledge & Experience: HASU is seeking a professional maintenance technician to work on residential apartment units in Moab, Utah. This employee will work with support from a maintenance manager to perform service calls and preventative maintenance at HASU’s properties.
