What is Wingate Village?

Wingate Village is a HASU developed subdivision that includes both affordable rental homes and homeownership units under our Mutual Self Help program.  With 33 units total, HASU is currently building 22 three and four bedroom townhomes that will rent between $370 and $1190 per month based on size and rent level.  Additionally, 11 Self Help homes continue our successful Self Help program that provides home ownership opportunities to under 80% AMI families in southeastern Utah.  Call the office today to be put on our waiting and interest lists for both the affordable rentals at Wingate Village and/or our Mutual Self Help homeownership program.
